Wren Breedlove, PT
Wren has had a 30+ year clinical practice in Health/Healing Arts, graduating from Stanford University’s School of Physical Therapy in 1967. She worked a number of years as a systems analyst for a company that installed computer systems in hospitals then moved into management training and development for two large corporations in Silicon Valley. From 1996-2001 Wren had a successful practice in Tucson, AZ, specializing in Myofascial Release and craniosacral therapy. With a move to northern California to open a Retreat Center, she took time to complete a course in Alchemical Hypnotherapy and be certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2002. In 2003 she took advanced cranial training with Charles Ridley and became a certified teacher of Biodynamic Cranial Touch in 2009.
Wren is passionate about the teaching of mind-body wisdom and personal energy awareness. She has trained in many modalities of alternative medicine and Andean shamanism. Her treatment philosophy combines true comprehensive care, health education, personal responsibility in creating a healthy life and conscious evolution practices for spiritual growth.
In 2005, additional training and avid interest had her spend 3 years on a horse ranch in Colorado facilitating personal growth intensives in Equine Experiential Learning. She developed a series of exercises called “Come to Your Senses” to train people for deeper energetic awareness of themselves and the horses. These exercises now form a foundation for her curriculum of classes called The Starwalker’s Voyage: Discovery and Conscious Evolution.
Returning to Tucson in 2013 after a 5 year retreat in Mt. Shasta, CA, she has again opened a practice and is now at the Center for Healing Arts. Semi-retired, she is specializing in Biodynamic Cranial Touch, teaching Midline Meditation and the Starwalker’s Voyage.

Mary Ellen is co-founder of Synergy Holistic Health Center in Florence, KY. She graduated from the University of Florida, then worked in management, business development, consulting, corporate training, and sales. She has been guiding individuals and groups through personal growth in workshops and private practice in holistic medicine and healing arts since 1991.
Mary Ellen’s meditation studies include Mindfulness, Stillness Touch, Mahamudra, and Kriya Yoga trainings with Charles Ridley, Thich Nhat Hahn, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dan Brown, and Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self Realization Fellowship.
Mary Ellen guides and supports clients and students to healing and new perspectives through inner connection, awareness, embodiment, and self-empowerment. She provides skills and a safe space for you to heal, find wholeness, and create a life you are happy with. Her teachings and treatments are gentle and effective transmissions of the Breath of Life combined with processes learned in advanced training in numerous disciplines including; Hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Core Transformation, Mindfulness, and Midline Meditation.
Mary Ellen maintains a full life as a practitioner, teacher, business owner, and Hospice 11th hour volunteer.
Sandra Norris Wheeler
Sandra Norris Wheeler, LMT, CST began her career in the healing arts as a Polarity Therapist in the early 1980s, and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1982. Since that time she has trained in and been a teacher of numerous healing modalities, including being certified as one of the first Advanced Myofascial Release (MFR) therapists trained by John Barnes, PT in the state of Oregon. She has trained extensively in the field of craniosacral work since 1990, is a Visionary Craniosacral practitioner, and became a certified practitioner and teacher of Biodynamic Cranial Touch in 2009.
In 2000, she began her studies in Andean shamanism and indigenous healing practices, and has travelled to Peru numerous times to work with healers in the Andes and the Amazon. Since then she has mentored with many indigenous healers and other teachers, including Jose Luis Herrera and Sandra Ingerman. She brings an understanding of and direct experience with energetic healing to her work and teaching, and also leads personal and group healing ceremonies. Her passion is in integrating body, mind and spirit into her life, work, mentoring and teaching.
Meditation and spiritual development have been the foundation of her personal journey since 1980. She began developing and teaching Midline Meditation in 2009, and this practice and the gifts of working directly with nature in shamanic work have been essential practices in her own personal healing journey.
Sandra brings deep compassion, spiritual wisdom and heartfelt skill to all of her personal and professional expressions. She has a flourishing life and private healing practice in Ashland Oregon.
